Gemma Clarke, Shetland Ponies and Friends Animal Therapy down at Welton Waters visited on 27th January 2025. Gemma brought two of her ponies into the home to meet the residents.
Gemma Clarke, Shetland Ponies and Friends Animal Therapy down at Welton Waters visited on 27th January 2025. Gemma brought two of her ponies into the home to meet the residents. The ponies had been showered and groomed that morning so were looking their best. The residents were able to talk to the ponies and give them a stroke. The residents were also able to ask Gemma questions about them. One pony went upstairs in the lift to see the residents in their bedrooms. The ponies were very well behaved. Gemma has asked if she could visit again and suggested that next time she might bring some goats !
